Welcome to the official registration hub for the London Volleyball League. Club secretaries can complete all season entries here.
We have streamlined our registration into three simple digital steps. You no longer need to complete paper forms or send manual bank transfers.
Step 1: Club Annual Affiliation (£50.00)
Every club competing in our competitions must affiliate annually. Affiliation is the formal process where your club joins the London Volleyball Association. It grants your club official voting rights at our Annual General Meeting and validates your sports insurance.
Step 2: Team League Entries (£180.00 per team)
Once your club is affiliated, you can enter teams into the London Volleyball League. Entry costs £180.00 per team. You can select your preferred division for each men’s or women’s squad during checkout.
Step 3: Squad Roster Submission
After checkout, you will receive an automated email receipt. You can then upload your player list and team contacts directly to our system.
Junior Players and Under-18 Consent
If your teams include players under 18 years of age, you must secure written parental consent. Club secretaries must hold valid emergency contact details and medical consent for every junior athlete before league match play. [LEGAL REVIEW NEEDED]
